Payment Terms
We accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad)
All transactions are in BDT and include VAT. Once an order is confirmed, your payment method will be charged accordingly. You’ll receive a confirmation email after a successful transaction.

Delivery Terms
- Deliveries inside Dhaka: within 24 hours
- Outside Dhaka: within 72 hours (under normal circumstances)
- Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen events
- Delivery charge outside Dhaka must be paid in advance
- Cash on delivery is available for product cost only
PetsmartBD is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Order Cancellation & Modification
PetsmartBD may cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or damaged items. Customers may request cancellation during the order confirmation call only. Once shipped, cancellations may incur a delivery fee.
Please ensure all order details (address, contact, payment) are correct before submission.
Limitation of Liability
PetsmartBD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the item.
